Hi I bought the Tim Tourist sim in Italy. I wanted the Viaggio pass but the guy in the store must of misunderstood me and i didnt realise until i left Italy. We are now in Prague and i can not make international calls and there are no Tim stores in Prague. Does anyone know if i can pay online to upgrade my tourist sim to the Viaggio pass. Any help would be very appreciated as ive been messing with google translate for the last few hours going through there help menu to no avail.

Ok, good. Next step: I hope that the app's home page says you have credit left on that SIM; in other words I hope that your phone did not use all the credit sending texts to US in background.
Scroll the app pages till you find one called Assistenza and try to chat with them during Italian office hours. Since Praga is in the EU, you don't need the Viaggio Pass to call Italy and these countries:
Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Belgio, Brasile, Bulgaria, Canada, Cile, Cina, Cipro, Colombia, Croazia, Danimarca, Egitto, Emirati Arabi Uniti, Finlandia, Francia, Georgia, Germania, Giappone, Giordania, Gran Bretagna, Grecia, Hong Kong, India, Irlanda, Israele Kenya, Lettonia, Lituania, Lussemburgo, Macao, Malta, Repubblica Dominicana, Messico, Norvegia, Olanda, Paraguay, Perù, Polonia, Portogallo, Repubblica Ceca, Repubblica Slovacca, Romania, Russia, Spagna, Stati Uniti, Sud Africa, Sud Corea, Svezia, Svizzera, Turchia, Ucraina, Ungheria, Uruguay, Uzbekistan, Venezuela
