Thank you. Is it correct that I can get this plan when we arrive rather than getting the voucher ahead of time? Is it the same price (30e)? If so, I'll wait til we get there. Is there a TIM store/kiosk as you exit the arrival area of the airport?

Yes, you can get it there at any TIM or Vodafone store.
