Tickets with Trenitalia Help Help Please!!

I have been buying tickets with Trenitalia using my gmail account. This time I used my Comcast account. I recieved a retrieval code but never did get an email with a PNR and CP number. I tried to email them but have an incorrect email address. Thanks :-))

I meant to ask does anyone have the correct email? The other ? Is can I resolve the problem when I get to the train station?
