I’ve tried to book reservations for the Vatican and museums, but it the website keeps telling me
“operation not completed .”. What should I do? I’ve tried 3 times. Thanks for any help with this.

If you were using a Visa Card? You may need to call Visa to have your card "Verify by Protocol". More information here https://community.ricksteves.com/travel-forum/italy/tickets-for-vatican

I had this happen as well. Turning off my adblocker allowed the credit card to go through.
