We are visiting Venice in late October. I am trying to get tickets to the opera at Musica Palazzo. I went on the website to request a reservation. It has been 2 weeks and I haven't received a response. Does anyone know if it takes awhile for them to respond? I don't know if I should try requesting a reservation for tickets again.

I suggest you email again AND follow up with a phone call in which you tell them you just emailed them. I would also contact and follow up more frequently than waiting 2 weeks. Persistence might do the trick.
Here's another thought: Is there some special event happening during the time period you are requesting and so perhaps they are full? So they figure there's no point in answering?
