I've been trying to fax my request for a couple of days now for tickets to Christmas Eve Mass and it won't go through - I get busy/no response. Any tips for how to get my fax to go through?

Try during Italian business hours, adjusted for the time zone, as Italians might turn off their fax machines at night. Also, are you dialing 011 before the country code? Such as 011-3906-6988-5863. (I don’t know whether that’s the number you were advised to use - it’s usually for Wednesday appearances.)
