Tickets /reservations to see Last Supper in Milan

I am hoping to still be able to get tickerts to see the Last Supper this fall. What is tghe best place to go online to get them? I see SO many 3rd party operators and want to get to the direct source so I know I have the best options. Thanks in advance!!

Always purchase from the official site:

https://cenacolovinciano.org/en/

I highly recommend the English guided tour for a few euros more.
Don't know your date but tickets go fast so book as soon as your date is available.
Set up your account in advance so you can book quickly.

If you can, please don't plan your itinerary so that the only day you can see The Last Supper is on the first Sunday of the month! The first Sundays are free but you still have to reserve your tickets online. You can't do that when booking opens up. You have to wait until about 3 days before (they will give you the date). And the tickets go so fast that it is nearly impossible to reserve any. That happened to us. And tour groups are not allowed in on the first Sunday of the month.

Trying to book tickets for the last supper was very confusing.
We ended up getting them on line from a tour company. It seems that many of the tour companies use one resource.
We showed up for the tour time and there were other people who had purchased from different resources on our tour.

We had an awesome guide and she took us on a walking tour after seeing the Last Supper. Many people left the tour after seeing the last supper. I'd also recommend reading more about the history of the Last Supper before the tour (I wish I had)-

Tickets for The Last Supper unfortunately remain the same racket as before. Only buy from the official site (https://cenacolovinciano.org/en/) and consider one of the official guided tour slots if tickets-only are sold out. On 7 July, all tickets until end-October were sold out but it was still fairly easy to get tours for the last two weeks of October. Otherwise, you are at the mercy of resellers selling tours at whatever price they can get.

Getting tickets for the free first Sunday of the month is not impossible but you have to be quick. The last time I checked the free Sunday procedure, you had about 20 minutes to buy from noon on the preceding Wednesday (and that was for a quiet month). Absolutely worth trying if the dates work.

In the past, even if a date shows sold out after the initial sale date, they may add more
tickets as the date gets closer. So keep checking the official site even if it says sold
out to start.

After one trip to Milan and not being able to secure tickets, on our second trip, we secured tickets through Viator, not our choice, but the tour was fantastic and the guide was amazing. We spent a great amount of time at Pinoteceta Ambrosiana and seeing da Vinci’s Codex. The guide had an amazing amount of knowledge and prepared us well for the short time to see the Last Supper.

Use only the official site. Go there as soon as you can to get yourself set up. You have to register etc. Then when it is time to get your tickets it will be stress free. You can also see information there for when tickets will be available. Right now, the window that opened June 17, tickets are available for August, September and October 2025. The windows open at noon Milan time, so I was online at 5 am Central time on June 17, to purchase my tickets for August 1, my only day in Milan this trip.
