I've been so focused on planning our trip in Venice, that I've missed out on 8:15am tickets to Accademia Gallery for Mid-June.
Should I:
1. Line up before 8am and hope to get tickets for 8:15am?
2. Buy tickets for 9:15am (that's the next available timeslot) on the same day?
3. Buy tickets for the afternoon?
4. STOP overthinking this as it will be busy regardless of when we go?

Just a note, I thought the 8:15 am tickets had sold out for the day I wanted in mid-June, but then I saw some small text in Italian that, when translated in English, prompted me to click a button and be directed to another area of the site to access 8:15 and 8:30 am time slots. I have zero idea why these slots are sold separately, but just wanted to draw attention to this in case you didn't notice that part.
If you can’t book 815 or 830am tickets, I would book the 915am tickets rather than take a chance just showing up early in the morning. The queue for walk-up tickets was crazy when I visited in Sept 2022, and 2024 is a bigger travel year.
Book the 9:15am!
