Good evening. Any guidance would be appreciated. On the B- ticket website to buy tickets to the Accademia, it denotes, full, reduced and free. I can not find information about who qualifies for reduced or free on the site. Any ideas? Thanks for your help.
Lisa, from prior posts it looks like your group is two adults and 3 teens ages 13, 13 and 17.
Your 3 teens qualify for free tickets: book those, and have their passports along for proof of age at the entrance
The two adults need "full" tickets.

Thank you so much! We actually have 4 adults and 3 teens, but that info is perfect! We will certainly bring their passports to show. Can they be photo copies or do they need to see the real thing?
By law, you ALL are required to have your original passport with you at all times.
Think of it this way? Would a Xerox copy of your actual driver's license be considered a legal ID in the US? :O)
One note: your 17 year-old will not turn 18 before or during the trip, will they?
More explanatory info on the ticketing price tiers for this museum, if it helps :O)

Really good point! I have this recollection of leaving our passports in hotel safes when i have traveled before in Europe and other places around the world, maybe not ; ) And actually the 17 yo, will turn 18. This is her high school graduation present and yes, for her bday. So we will get her a full fare ticket. Thanks for all your help.
Have a great trip. Lisa!
