Tickets for Medici Chapel and Galileo Museo

Do I need to purchase tickets for these two attractions ahead of time? We'll be in Florence early July.
Do they sell out? Are skip the line tickets better to get?

We purchased our tickets for Galileo the day before. It was September last year. It isn’t one of the most popular, so a couple of days in advance ought to work. It is a wonderful experience. Don’t think it sells out, but they limit admissions and I think they are timed tickets.

The Medici Chapel is far more popular, so might be wise to purchase in advance, but I can’t recommend how far that needs to be or if Skip the Line if available is needed.

There are frequently lines for the Medici chapel and I wouldn't want to be standing outside in July waiting in line.
