Just received two of those infamous driving ticket infractions: everything is exactly the same (time, date) except on my paper copy the article violation is different (one for circulating on bus lane and one for driving in limited traffic area). When I go online to check it out, the violation listed each time is for circulating on a bus lane. It appears they changed the paperwork to reflect two different violations. Just trying to make sure this is legite before my conscience thinks the easier way to go is just to pay the fine/s.

Unfortunately without local assistance I don't think there is anyway to sort that out. Probably stuck. And this will then start the usual - pay, don't pay discussion.

It is certainly possible that you drove in a bus-only lane while in a ZTL. That would result in two seperate violations/tickets. But as noted above, the only way to confirm is to contact the authorities if they gave you a contact email or phone number. Also, you might check the ticket tracking numbers or codes, they should be different if they are seperate tickets.
