tickets for david

I am trying to buy tickets to reserve a time to view David in Florence. I have found a website, ticketitaly.com. Does anyone know if this is legit or valid?

I am sure they will charge an extra fee. Are you staying in Florence. If so, ask your hotel, B&B, etc. to make the reservation for you. That is what we do.

It's legit, but you don't have to pay someone else to get your reseervations for you. You can call at 055-294-883 (got the # from RS's book) and they will make the reservations for free (well, it is 3 euros extra when you pick the ticket up, but no out-of-pocket expense to make the reservation over the phone). Why pay someone else extra when you can do it easily enough for yourself? Also, like Frank said, maybe your hotel will do it for you - mine did mine for me I just emailed them the details and they emailed me back my confirmation number. But many people here have called the numbers and made their reservations quickly and painlessly and for no extra fee

I had my hotel book the Accademia for me. They did not charge me to make the phone call. It did cost the extra 3 Euro for reservations.

I arrived at 8:15am - the time the museum opened and the time of my reservation and there was already a line down the street spilling out on to Via Guelfa. In my mind, the extra 3 Euros were worth it.

Seeing David was amazing - he took my breath away.

Enjoy!

I reserved a time to see David for my partner and I through the number in Rick's book and by chance, went about an hour before the Accademia closed the day before our scheduled time and there was no line at all! It was magnificent and as the other post says, David will take your breath away! Enjoy every second of it!
