The official website for information is only 'live' during the hours, Rome time, that the Colosseum and associated attractions (forum, Palatine, etc.) are open. That's https://colosseo.it/area/colosseo/.
However the ticketing portal is open 24/7. As Christine said above, that's https://ticketing.colosseo.it/en/
(Except I've not been able to access it for at least 5 months! I think it thinks I'm a bot and has blocked me as I used to pull it up so often to offer help on this forum! I have the same issue with Coopculture for Uffizi + related ticketing.)
Can you explain more exactly what problems you're having?
