I am trying to purchase two tickets for the Borghese Gallery for the morning of the day our tour starts as was just discussed a few days ago. I am running into a problem on the form in the box that says Fiscal code. The description under the box said if you live in a country other than Italy and don't have a code just enter your country which I did and it still keeps coming back red.
Does anyone know if I am doing something wrong or if there is just a glitch with their site today?

Are you on the above-linked English site OR on the google translated version of tosc.it? The latter may give some problems.
Otherwise try to use a desktop browser like Chrome or Safari.

Yes, I was on the official site following a link from the RS page. I tried Chrome and Bing with the same problem. I am sure they sell many tickets to non Italians and I am not sure what the problem is with this form.

maybe just enter IT for Italy? not sure why it matters

It says:
If you reside in a country other than Italy and you are not in possession of a tax code, select the correct country and the code EE1 will appear in the form. It will not be necessary to insert any other code
I don't want to be rude, but did you try to manually digit EE1 in the fiscal code box?

Thank you Dario. No, not rude I was asking for suggestions! I thought I was following the directions and entered my country but if manually entering their code works then Ok.
I think it worked, it says that it is waiting for confirmation from my bank but I made it past the red box!
