We are trying to book tickets for the Colosseo. This morning at 9 o'clock they opened the April dates. We are calling since 9 o'clock. But we still didn't get through, all lines are busy. All the time. Anybody else with more luck? (Or tips?)

Iris, I'm in the central time zone. So if I were to call from here at 9:00 it's 4:00pm there. If I wanted to call there at 9:00, I'd have to place my call at 3:00 am.

Iris, with that many tickets, you may be better off engaging some tour service in Rome to do the purchasing for you. Putting aside the logistics of getting that many folks in the same place at the same time, some of the tour services may have a better working relationship with the ticketing folks.
