Has anyone but me had problems recently buying Accademia tickets from the official site? I'm typing in info very fast but it still times out before it shows me the credit card info page. I've used the site for other trips but it doesn't recognize me, and it won't let me open a new account with my name. I started a new account with my husband's name, but I still can't access the credit card info page. Aarrgghh. Suggestions, please?

I recently bought tickets on the site but found that it would not take my combination master card'debit card. When I used my American Express I got through and bought tickets. The tickets had rows and seat numbers but people on this site said I should ignore that information.

Are you staying at a hotel? If so, the desk can book a reservation for you typically. Alternatively, just walk up about an hour prior to closing. It's not that busy then.

Sorry, I don't know the cause of that issue, but it might work better if you can try a different web browser. For instance, Google Chrome doesn't work well with some shopping carts.

Try booking at this site, http://www.florence-tickets.com/museum-tickets.html, I used it for my Accademia and Leaning Tower tickets/vouchers.
