It looks like the address you have doesn't have a street name or number, just the office and the zip code.

Actually - that address is sufficient. When I requested tickets for Holy Week, my envelope made it there okay.

In addition, you may try faxing them (also has worked well for me, but be patient as you may have to attempt several times before it goes through.
