I bought tickets to The Last Supper on the official website and received an email stating my payment had been authorized, yet I am unable to find any record of it on the website itself. Not under MyVIVA account, recent purchases or view receipt. In fact, the transaction ID that was included in the email sent to me is declared not valid by the website when I enter it in the Transaction Code box under MyVIVA account.
My trip is not till Nov and I am aware that tickets have be 'activated' at the box office before entering the exhibition, but I expected some record of my purchase online. I have emailed the Help link and awaiting a response.. Any insights from this group would be welcome!

Did your email not include a link to the ticket? My recent purchase did, and my credit card was charged.

Sounds fishy because tickets are released in a big batch only three months ahead. I don't know when the November tickets will be for sale, but this is too early. Check the site URL carefully because questionable third-party sellers will sell "tickets" before they have any in hand. You may have been fooled by a duplicate site. It's happening a lot.

Tickets for the rest of the year were released June 23.
