I'll repeat my advice to telephone. Recently there were no spots available online for the day I wanted so I rang (this was March for April 2012) and the very helpful English speaking lady offered me and my wife 3 different time slots. I went for the last one of the day, got there half an hour ahead, gave my number that had been given me on the phone, and everything went perfectly.
