Ticket doors at the Uffizi

Is this correct? If you have a prepaid voucher your go door # 3 to pickup your tickets. Then you go to door# 2 to enter. People who have not bought tickets in advance go to door# 1 to buy them then enter door #2.

We just came back from Florence. Door #3 is to pick up prepaid tickets. Then go to Door #1 to enter. Door #2 is for people who don't have reservations.
