Three train options for Venice to Lauterbrunnen - will have Swiss Pass

I'm looking for three train options from Venice to Lauterbrunnen (Interlaken Ost would be fine):
1. Quickest
2. Most scenic
3. Cheapest

We will have a Swiss Pass for Switzerland.

this is a duplicate post - its stable mate is over in Switzerland, but none in Transportation.

Sensible route is Freccia train to Milano Centrale, change to EC train to Spiez, change train to Interlaken Ost.
Now if it is nice clear day, get off the train at Brig and change to the regional express train to Spiez that uses the old high Lotchberg tunnel. This will add at least an hour to the journey, but will be a bit more scenic than going straight through on the new Lotchberg Base Tunnel.
