Any hotel restaurant on the Grand Canal.

Not so romantic but certainly Veneziano, Da Mamo's, and good food.

Taverna San Trovaso

Romantic does not automatically equal tasty or well cooked

Define romantic. Enjoying an In and Out Burger with my better half is romantic to me. A picnic in Hyde Park. Pub Grub in Dingle. Anyway, I recommend I Figli Delle Stelle or better yet sitting in Parco Delle Rimembranze at the Eastern end of the island enjoying gelato and watching the sun set.
