Things to do and local small restaurants Italy

Hello,

I was looking for any recommendations for things to do and small inexpensive restaurants to eat at in Rome, Florence and Pompei. I would appreciate any help you could give .

Thank you

In Florence we very much enjoyed Ostaria dei Centopoveri on Via del Porcellana. Delicious food , several choices for the lunch menu of the day. We have eaten both lunch and dinner there. Reasonable prices. Mostly locals not tourists.

I like the monti neighborhood in Rome. Lots of small local restaurants.
Great bars with a nice ambience.
Small family restaurants with the owner on site,I was treated very well.

Hello again, italy4mee,
Is this question for a trip you're taking or for someone else? Asking because one of your previous questions wasn't for one of your own trips. You'd also told last year that you were moving to Italy, and indicated that you'd been to Italy before....at least to Pescara, Rome and Abruzzo. Have you made that move?

As far as things to do, it's difficult to recommend for someone whose interests may be very different your own. Assuming you've not yet moved to Italy and that this is for your own trip, it would help to know more completely where in Italy you've already been, your interests, what you've already seen on previous trip(s), if you've purchased a guidebook (if not, you really should), who you're traveling with (if any), if you've any mobility issues, etc. The more you can tell us, the better we can assist.
