My wife & I did the massage & spa last Fall. My wife said it was one of the best massage of her life. Mine was just "OK". We did like the pools. We did it at night so it was cool to see the steam rising off the thermal water. You do have to bring your own flip flops. I didn't have any with me so now I'm a proud owner of flip flops emblazoned w/Italia on the footbed.
You can't park on site so do public parking outside & walk through the shops in the castle. IIRC we parked in a free spot. Closer in was paid parking
