thermal springs near Chianti

You guys are always so helpful. We are traveling to the Chianti area (staying at Borgo Argenina) and would love to visit a thermal spa during our stay. It looks like most of them are a ways away. I read about Bagno Vignoni but then heard they aren't allowing people to actually access the waters without paying "a hefty fee". Any ideas on where to go would be greatly appreciated!!
