Has anyone visited the thermal baths close to Tuscany? Any recommendations for a luxurious experience - honeymoon.

Close to Tuscany or IN Tuscany? There are a bunch in every region, especially IN Tuscany that has at least 10 that I could name off my head.
Terme di Saturnia probably one of my favorites, but there are many more.

Tell me the area where you want to be and I'll suggest a close one. Nowhere in Tuscany you are more than 30-40 min from one.

Definitely Saturnia for a luxury experience in Tuscany. It's beautiful, luxurious and relaxing. Perfect for a honeymoon! Another nice option is Fonteverde in San Casciano dei Bagni, but between the two I'd go for Saturnia.
