In the current Meditarrean Cruise Ports Book and on the website it says there is a 4E booking fee - less than the 6.99 - 9.99 feee on "intermediate" sites. I just booked using Rick's link and there was NO fee. Two tickets cost 16.50 each or $33.00 charged to my credit card.

That's incorrect. The cost of a ticket to the Accademia is 12.50. The 4 Euro booking fee is added to the cost to each ticket when purchasing on the Official b-ticket website.

You may be right. All I can say is that the other sites list the 16.50 E ticket prices and add 6.99 to 9.99 for shervice charge. On the official site my receipt says "16.50 EUR - Full) and Delivery Option (pickup tickets on the spot 0:00.
So my total was 33.00 EURO toal vs using other higher sights. I wouldn't take the chance to buy there - especially when the original times I wanted for our date in three weeks only had ONE ticket available.

Actually, I should also add that there is currently a pricing change depending on whether your visit is before or after June 30. Before that date, the cost of a regular ticket is 12.50 Euros plus the 4 Euro booking fee. Beginning July 1, the cost drops to 8 Euro plus the 4 Euro fee.

This is fresh for me as I actually purchased my tickets for my July visit just last night. I am traveling with two kids and the cost of their "free" tickets was 4 Euros each.

Thanks. So now folks know in 2016 that Adukt Tix (for US travellers) are 16.50 E and kids are 4.00 E at the cheapest place to get them - the OFFICIAL site.
