Hi, I'm planning to visit Rome next month. Had booked two tours with "Enjoy Rome". I have been trying to reach them by email and also through there official web site. They have not replied or communicated back for the past week. Has anyone else have gone through the same problem? Trip advisor has great reviews about them. Please advice on the plan of action.
