The Tour Guide promo code box - where is it?

I must be blind but I'm not finding the promo code box. Anyone know where it is and how to get to it?

I admit I have no idea what you are talking about.
What are you trying to buy, and why do you think there is a promo code?

I wonder if you are signed up for a tour and wanting to order the Tour Kit?
Go to My Account and click on Tour Kit.

I'm trying to book a tour with the Rick Steves discount. The book says to put in a promo code, but I don't see where to do that when I'm trying to order the tour. I see where it says to enter your name, phone, email, country and additional info like your local address, and How did you hear about us. When I fill that out and click Complete Order, it takes me to a form to enter my credit card number, expiration date, CVC, country, and zip code. I'm just not seeing a box to enter the promo code for the discount. Am I missing something?

I’ve never been aware of a discount code on purchasing a tour. If it is offered at a discount, you’ll usually see the original price, discount amount and what you’ll be charged now. What promo code are you referring to?

I think the only discounts we are currently getting are for previous tours or if you take continuous tours and there’s no code for those.

What tour are you trying to book? Are you trying to book a Rick Steves tour on this website or a tour from a vendor mentioned in one of his books?

Candice, you'll probably need to be very specific about the tour you're trying to order, and from which company. I'm guessing that by "The book says to put in a promo code" you mean that your RS guidebook is telling you that you can get a discount by using ____ promo code provided with the book? Is this a NEW guidebook?

As you're going to Italy, you may be trying to book a tour with Eating Europe, Walks of Italy, Roman Guy, etc.? It's not impossible that some companies mentioned in the book may not be offering discounts anymore?

Can you cut and past the URL of the website you are looking at?

Ok, let me be more specific. The tour I'm trying to book is with "The Tour Guy" FKA "The Roman Guy", I am trying to book the "Florence Walking Tour with Statue of David" on this site: https://thetourguy.com/tours/florence-tuscany/florence-walking-tour-with-david?travelDate=2022-10-06

I'm looking at the RS Rome 2019 book at the top of page 29 it says, "The Roman Guy (enter 'ricksteves' for discount, ask about electric-bike..."

Hit "Add" for the tour time you want

Click through the pop up window

On the right side of the "Complete Your Order" screen, you will see the Cart Summary box. In tiny, tiny letters under the name of the tour is "Do you want to use a promo code?" Click on those tiny letters, and the promo code box opens.

(At least that's how it works on my laptop. The promo code box is more prominent on my cell phone when I go the URL on it and add the trip).

Thanks Dave!!!! I found it!!! I tried on my computer and my phone and didn't find it. I ended up contacting the company and they are very prompt in replying during European business hours! The way they worded their initial reply, I thought there would be a screen after I entered my credit card info. There wasn't. So I told them I already bought the tour and they quickly were able to apply the coupon code! I see now that they've given me the discount. I may have to book another tour with them since they gave such good customer service!!!
