Has anyone used a company called The Rome Toolkit? They offer a quick day tour of Rome and transportation to the airport and cruise terminal.

Sig, that site is really just a tourist informational and listing source and not a tour service, per se. For instance, if you click on the walking tour options, it throws you into the Viator website - which is a re-sellers of tours to begin with.
I do see that they appear to offer transfer bookings but again, I'm sure it's third party although they don't indicate the names of the transfer services companies the bookings would be through. Maybe that appears when a booking has been sent through and confirmed.
I think you'd be better off getting some personal recommendations from the RS community for tour and transfer companies they have used, and book with those directly versus roundabout through this channel.
