I haven't been to Bomarzo. Google for reviews. You'll probably find some on TripAdvisor.
Been there with kids. Fun place with a bunch of rock sculptures of a variety of different things from the Mouth of Truth to leaning houses. Easy to find and to get to, but pay attention to the signs. We visited Orvieto after visiting the Monster Park.
