The must seen sites in Venezia...

I need help on these following situations:
1. On Oct 5, last day RS's Tour, I will be traveling from Bled to Venezia. I will be taking the night train to Milan the following nigh so my time in Venezia would be a day and a half just enough time to visit probably 2-3 places at the most. Which are the must seen sites I should visit.
2. Regarding the night train to Milan, I already checked with Rail Europe, which I have used in the past, no complains, but if somebody knows of another train system I can use to go to Milan please advice.
3. Has anyone used Vivaticket on line? I am planning to get the ticket thru them for The Last Supper painting in Milan. I saw their site, but they are only selling up to Sep 30. I guess that Oct tickets will open soon. Can I get the "Tourist Card" thru them and, is it worthy in Milan? If they don't sell it how can I get? What is the price of this card?
Thanks a lot for your answers.

Rail Europe is not a train system. They do not own or operate any trains. They are a ticket reseller in North America.

Most trains in Italy are run by Trenitalia, the Italian National Railway company. For times and buying tickets, go to their site: http://www.trenitalia.com/tcom-en

The night train from Venezia to Milano makes no sensse. The trip by day train is only 2 hours 25 minutes, with two trains per hour.
The "night train" is actually two trains:

Venezia S. Lucia depart 00:08, Bologna Centrale arrive 02:12
Bologna Centrale depart 04:32, Milano Centrale arrive 07:12

You would get no sleep!

I agree with Chris. Why take the night train when it is such a short distance from Venice to Milan? Take a late evening train, stay in a hotel, and you will get a better night's rest.

I buy my tickets directly from Trenitalia. Why use a middleman--especially Rail Europe which doesn't always offer the best price or a selection of all trains--when you can buy directly from the operator of the train.

As for what to see in Venice, the big "tourist" sights are St. Marks Square, Rialto Bridge and Doge's Palace

Other than that, just walk. Venice itself is a site.

Go into St. Mark's Basilica, IMO, the top sight in the city. Don't skip its museum, even if not for its collections, it's worth it for the inside balcony views of the church and the outside balcony view of the Piazza.

OMG!!! I probably was sleeping last night when I wrote my post. You are absolutely right and I am sooooooo wrong!!! For the question about the night train I meant MILAN to SALZBURG. I apologize for the mistake. I got the quote from Rail Europe and yes, they are much more expensive than Trainitalia but this one only give one quote and I guess is second class not mentioning the sleeping compartments. Thanks a lot for your help.
Do you have any answers for my inquire about the Last Supper and the Tourist card?
And Chani, thanks a lot for your suggestion. I'll do that.
