There are several buses per day to and from the Mall outlet center. I recall seeing a kiosk to buy tickets near the SMN train station, between Piazza dell'Unita and Largo Fratelli Alinari (the end of Via Nazionale). Not sure whether the buses actually depart from that area or from the main bus station on the other side of the train station. I believe the cost is around 5 euro each way (obviously subsidized by the Mall).
