In May we had a great experience viewing The Last Supper as a guaranteed part of the Milano city tour. A friendly woman guided us through the Duomo, Galleria, La Scalla, then a quick bus trip to see Sforza Castle, ending at the fabulous Last Supper. Look at the web site (also in Rick's book) for Autostradale.it (Cenacolo Tour). We booked about 3 months in advance. Well worth the $50 ticket.
