We'll be landing in Milan at about 9:00am on Wednesday June 23rd. We would like to see the 'Last Supper' while there but we need to store our luggage somewhere since we won't be staying in Milan overnight. Does anyone have any suggestions??? Thanks...
Yep, the left luggage in Milan is very convenient.
Do check on the status of Last Supper viewings before you firm up your trip. Also, call a day or two prior to arrival to confirm again.
I have made 4 separate trips to Milan for the principle purpose of seeing the Last Supper -- -- and have been thwarted each and every time (inclement weather caused a roof leak and the church was closed, a strike, an overcrowded situation that led to a closing, and another strike).
We left our luggage at the central station but we arrived by train so it was simple. It is on the main level and each bag will cost 3.50 euro--very safe in a locked area.
Thanks to Steve, Jim & Sue...sounds like a plan...
