I made a reservation to see The Last Supper with the call center but they haven't sent me an email confirmation. I do have my reservation number they gave me and the charge has come through my credit card. If I show up to the ticket office and give them this information will that be enough to claim my ticket. I have tried for 45 minutes this morning on Skype trying to get through to the call center but it is always busy. Has anyone had a similar situation?
I have not been in this situation. However, having been there just under a year ago and knowing the system, I'd say this. If you have a date and a time to view the painting along with your reservation number, I'd just show up. Lacking a date and/or a time, I'd continue trying to connect with them. I hope it works out for you.
Thanks Galen! I figured the most important thing would be to have made and paid for the reservation. I appreciate your reply!
I had the same thing happen to me. I e-mailed them about the situation and they e-mailed me the confirmation form. It was in Italian, but the date and time matched! You might want to try this because at least you will have something printed out that you can give to them.
Diane that is interesting because when I emailed them they replied via email that I should call the Call Center! I may take another look on their website to see if I can find another email address to send my inquiry to. Thanks for your reply!
Linda,
Did you purchase your tickets from Vivatickets? I used their Help and Assistance form to e-mail them. My trip is in just over 2 weeks, so I am getting pretty excited. Good luck.
Good news! I submitted a form on Viva Ticket's website and they were able to email me my reservation. It is in Italian but does have my name, date, and time of the reservation. I am very relieved to have this. Thanks Diane for the suggestion!
Nice result!
