Has anyone gone to the Hidden Treasures of the Doge Tour in Venice? Its new, and I can't seem to find any reviews.
I tried to book the Secret ITINERARIES tour but it was booked.
Any feedback would be helpful.

I believe you mean Venice, not Florence. You can change the title if logged in.
