I am thinking of leaving from Venice and driving the Great Dolomite Road. If anyone has done this, I would appreciate advice on specific things to see and do and the best places to stay for a night or 2. Also, we would have a car for 4 days then go on to Interlaken, Switzerland. Since it is much less expensive to rent and return a car within the same country, where would be a good place in Italy to leave the car and take a train from there on to Interlaken?
