Has anyone stayed at this hotel and if so what is your review on it?

I assume you're talking about the Giardino in Rome. We're booked there next May for a few nights. I've not stayed there before but the location is great for historic Rome sightseeing by foot.

I've been watching here for months regarding mention of the Giardino and all reports on it have been OK so far. Everybody who's stayed there says it's friendly, clean, nothing fancy but great for the price and location.

As you probably know, it's a Rick Steves recommendation in his Rome book, so that probably says a lot.

I stayed at Hotel Giardino in Rome and would stay there again. My room overlooked the busy street, but it wasn't all that noisy with the window closed. Rooms on other side of hall or off back terrace would be quiet. Location is convenient for walking to sights. Staff is friendly and helpful. Small breakfast, but afternoon tea was nice option (owner is british). Used tea time to read, recharge and plan where to eat dinner.

Suzanne, The Giardino Hotel is in a great location, there is a bus stop just a few steps from the hotel.
Everyone at the hotel is nice and very helpful, arranging taxis, phone numbers, reservation and etc... We would stay there again. Dana
