Anyone seen this? We will be in Florence on Easter, any tips? (How early should we get there to see it, where can we get a good view...) Anything else going on in the city due to the Holiday that we should not miss?
Just an FYI, Easter is very congested in Italy from (at least) the Thurs before through the Tuesday after; all the Italians are traveling for the holiday. This includes the rail system and the A1, hotels, and restaurants, so be sure to get reservations, even if you never needed them before! (we made that mistake)
