Has anyone tested positive before returning to the US or Canada and what happened?

The answer may well be "No" as regards people who post on this (RS) forum. A few weeks ago someone posted a link to a thread on TripAdvisor initiated by a man who became ill on his first night in Italy, tested positive and had to quarantine for at least ten days. I have been unable to find that link but you might be able to locate it by searching trip advisor. The traveler (and his wife) were in Milan. He was taking it with better cheer than most of us could manage, I think, considering it was proving to be a very expensive proposition because they had splurged for what they planned to be just one night in a very nice Milan hotel.
