Testaccio Market - open on Aug 15?

I realize most of Italy is closed on Mon Aug 15 for the holiday, but we will be in Rome and wanted to tour the Testaccio area. The market is usually open Monday's but will it be open that Monday? Appreciate anyone's insights...
