Can anyone compare these 2 thermal pools? We would most likely be coming by car from Siena. Which would you recommend or if we have the time, would it be worthwhile to go to both?

San Giovanni is set in a garden area, it's basically swimming pools, only one open to the public and there's a charge to use it. It's closer to Siena.
Cascade del Mulino is a natural series of pools with waterfalls separating them. There is not a charge (free). Wear water shoes, bring a robe, don't wear good jewelry. 45min - hour from Siena.
