We are going to take our cell phone to Italy. We are looking to get a sim card that speaks to us in English. Has anyone ever ordered a card off the internet from Telestial?
jerry,
I'd suggest comparing the rates between Telestial and some of the other "travel SIM" firms such as Call In Europe, Roam Simple, Cellular Abroad or Mobal. I haven't checked these recently, but as I recall Telestial was a bit on the "high" side.
Cheers!
Thanks Steve, you always have good advice. We got a sim card last time we were in Italy and never knew how many minutes were left on our phone.

We purchased a Vodafone in Italy 2 yrs. ago to use on Europe trips and then purchase sim cards when we arrive at our destinations. Your sim card will have some Euros on it and then you can add more as you go. Very easy to do. I dialed a # (don't remember it off hand) and then within a few seconds I would get a text message with how many Euros we had left. I checked out getting sim cards from Telestial but cheaper to get at your destinationi.
