Are taxis readily available by St Paul outside the wall or Tres Fontane Abby or Quo Vadis Church. We would prob take public transportation but if we are crunched for time we were wondering if that would be an option.

There's no taxi stand that I can find near the Church of Domine Quo Vadis or Tre (not Tres) Fontane. There is a metro stop right by St. Paul OTW so I would go with that, and would probably be faster than a taxi. For the others, you would likely need to call a taxi, which you can do via phone app.
BTW, I went to the DQV church. Based on the sandal prints preserved in marble, Jesus was about a size 10.
