Taxi Service from Rental Car Agencies to Stations

In Italy, do rental car agencies call a cab if you need one at dropoff? We're dropping our car off at the via Gelsomino office in suburban Florence and then again in Bolzano if that makes a difference.

Most will however you may need to wait for awhile. Things move alot slower in Italy and cost more than they should.
