Taxi or Airportshuttle.it

I am going to be in Rome in July and Ron, from Ron in Rome suggested that I contact www.romashuttle.com, as he has used them many times. I contacted them as I need to leave Rome about 7 am, and got a reply back right away, cost 40 euro for private shuttle service. Ron said that they were dependable, and that was my concern as I don't want to miss my flight which is leaving at a little after 11. Also, you will need to be shuttled to Terminal 5, for flights leaving for the US. Hope that this helps!

We used them last year from Hotel Sonya and they were great. Actually arrived about 15 min early and we were at the airport in about 30 minutes or so. There were four others in the vehicle with us. You can leave as late as 5:15 and be at the airport by 6. That is plenty of time. With a departure that early it is a connecting flight to somewhere else in Europe for your flight home so you do NOT go through the international terminal - it is a domestic flight and an hour and half is enough time.

There is a fixed rate for a taxi to the airport if your hotel is inside the walls. The fixed rate is 40 euros. That is for 4 people and their luggage. You might want to check out romecabs.com. They are a wonderful transfer company that has never let me down. Donna

Rome cabs is exceptional. @Sarah, make ASAP online. They will not charge you in advance, but they do fill up.
