Does anyon know APPROXIMATELY the cost of a taxi from Termini to Campo di Fiore? I don't want to deal with a bus & luggage after an overnight flight.

Take the taxi from the airport. Fixed price of 48E. If two of you cheaper than train and taxi.

From Termini to CdF it's about €13.00, no tip included and no tip required. Be sure to get your cab at the official stand in front of Termini, not at the side where the scammers line up. But as Frank mentioned, it's only €48 from FCO to CdF by taxi, so you can save yourself time and effort by doing that and skip the train.

I think it's 14 euro per ticket for Leonardo Express.
