Will there be taxis at the train station in Siena on a weekday afternoon. I need to go to the Hotel Athena. I don't want to take a bus because I will have luggage.

There is a taxi stand at the train station. We were there last year and taxis were present in the afternoon as well.
We arrived in the afternoon by train and no problem getting a taxi to Hotel Athena. Enjoy your stay.
