We booked a hotel near FCO for our last night in Italy. We are taking a train from Florence to the termini in Rome and trying to figure out if it is best to take the Leonardo Express to the airport then taxi to our hotel in Fiumicing, or get a taxi from the termini straight to our hotel. Any thoughts are apprecaiated

Since you are in the train station I would take LE to the airport and grab a cab from there. The taxi rate is fixed from Rome to the airport but would not apply to Flumicing so it would be more expensive. Just walk from one platform to another. Personally I would stay in Rome that last night just for a great last evening.
